Please read this agreement carefully. By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing any Class Booking, product or other service through the AllSquads website or apps, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
1. About this agreement
1.1 Parties
This agreement is between All Squad Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 677 516 022), trading as AllSquads, of Unit 2, 33 Palm Beach Avenue, Palm Beach QLD 4221 ("AllSquads", "we", "us" or "our"), and you, the individual purchasing or using a Class Booking, product or service through the AllSquads platform ("you" or "your").
1.2 What AllSquads does
AllSquads operates an online marketplace and management platform at allsquads.com.au and through our mobile and embedded experiences, connecting sports clubs and coaches (each an "Organiser") with players, parents and guardians. AllSquads acts as the authorised agent of the Organiser when selling Class Bookings, session packs, subscriptions, court hire, merchandise and related products. The Organiser is the provider of the Activity; AllSquads facilitates booking, payment, communication and record-keeping.
1.3 Your relationship with the Organiser
Any dispute concerning an Activity — including its quality, safety, scheduling, supervision or conduct — is between you and the Organiser. Except where expressly stated in this agreement or required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), AllSquads is not a party to the Activity contract and is not liable for claims arising from an Activity.
1.4 Changes to this agreement
The version of this agreement in effect at the time you complete a transaction is the version that applies to that transaction. We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-platform notice, and will take effect no less than fourteen (14) days after notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Your account
2.1 Registration
Some features of the platform — including booking for a minor, using credits, and enrolling in recurring payment plans — require you to create and maintain an AllSquads account. When you register you must provide accurate, current and complete information, and you must keep that information up to date.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. If you are making a booking on behalf of a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or have the written consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian, and you accept the additional obligations set out in Section 3.
2.3 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
2.4 Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach this agreement, provide false information, engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct, or where we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect other users, the Organiser or us. Where we suspend your account we will, where practicable, tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond.
2.5 Closing your account
You may close your account at any time by using the in-platform deletion tool or by contacting play@AllSquads.com.au. Closure of your account does not affect obligations that have accrued before closure (including outstanding payments, committed term instalments and mid-term subscription obligations). We may retain booking, financial and communications records after closure in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping laws.
3. Parents, guardians and child profiles
3.1 Authority to book for a minor
If you make a booking for a person under 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you are that person's parent or legal guardian, or that you have the written authority of their parent or legal guardian to make the booking and to give the warranties and indemnities in this section.
3.2 Child profiles
A booking for a minor must be made against a "child profile" attached to your account. A child profile includes the minor's name, date of birth, sport preferences and — importantly — an emergency contact (name, phone, relationship) and any allergy or medical information relevant to safe participation. Emergency contact information is mandatory before a child profile may be used to make a booking.
3.3 Accuracy of child information
You must ensure all information on a child profile is accurate and complete, and you must update it promptly if it changes. You must not make bookings on behalf of minors who are not in your care or who do not have valid parental or guardian consent.
3.4 Supervision
Unless the Activity is expressly described as a drop-off, supervised activity, you remain responsible for the supervision and safety of any minor you book into an Activity. The age and supervision requirements for each Activity will be set out in the Class Listing.
3.5 Indemnity for minor bookings
You agree to indemnify AllSquads and the Organiser from any claim, liability, loss, damage or expense arising from the minor's participation in the Activity, except to the extent such claim is caused by the negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of statutory duty of AllSquads or the Organiser, or otherwise cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
4. Making bookings
4.1 Booking types
The AllSquads platform supports a range of booking types, including without limitation:
- Casual or drop-in group classes and social sessions
- Holiday camps and clinics
- Term classes (pre-paid upfront, paid by instalment, or with auto-renew enabled by the Organiser)
- Open-ended subscription classes (ongoing recurring billing until you cancel)
- Private lessons with a nominated coach
- Court, facility and equipment hire
- Session packs (pre-purchased bundles of sessions at a discounted per-session rate)
- Merchandise sold through a club's Pro Shop
- Invite-only or private classes accessible only via an invitation link
- Free trial bookings offered by the Organiser
4.2 Capacity, waitlists and invite-only classes
Bookings are sold until the Organiser's capacity is reached. Where a class is full you may join a waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. Where a class is designated invite-only or private, you may only book via an invitation link issued by the Organiser.
4.3 Booking confirmation
A contract is formed when your payment is accepted and a confirmation email or in-app notification is delivered. Your Class Booking confirmation constitutes your right of admission to the Activity and includes the schedule, location, price, applicable cancellation policy, and (where relevant) recurring payment details.
4.4 Identity and conduct at the Activity
You and any attendee you book for must comply with the reasonable conduct rules of the Organiser and the venue. The Organiser may refuse entry or remove participants who breach those rules, and in such cases refunds are governed by the applicable cancellation policy.
4.5 Resale prohibited
Bookings may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, transferred for commercial gain, or used for advertising, promotion or trade promotions without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
5. Payments
5.1 Pricing and taxes
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The total amount payable — including the Class Booking price and any booking, handling or transaction fees charged by AllSquads — will be shown to you before you confirm payment.
5.2 Payment processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd. AllSquads does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its servers. By making a payment you also agree to the Stripe terms and privacy policy to the extent they apply to your payment.
5.3 Saved payment methods, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Link
You may save payment methods to your account for faster checkout, including through Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Link. Saved payment methods are stored by Stripe, not by AllSquads. You may remove saved payment methods at any time from your account settings, subject to any active recurring payment plan continuing to require a valid payment method to remain in good standing.
5.4 Your statement descriptor
Transactions will appear on your credit or debit card statement as a charge from "AllSquads" or the Organiser's registered trading name.
5.5 Temporary or disposable cards
If you pay using a disposable or single-use card, we may be unable to issue a refund to that card. In that case refunds will be issued as platform credits (see Section 7) or, at our discretion, by bank transfer on production of satisfactory identification.
6. Recurring payments and subscriptions
6.1 Overview
AllSquads supports three recurring payment models, each with different commitments. The model for a particular class will be clearly disclosed before you confirm payment.
| Model | Commitment and cancellation rules |
|---|---|
| Term upfront | You pay the full term price at booking. No recurring charges. Cancellation is governed by the class cancellation policy. |
| Term instalment | You commit to the full term and pay in scheduled instalments (for example, weekly). You cannot cancel the instalment plan mid-term. Failed payments are retried automatically and you and the Organiser are notified. |
| Open-ended subscription | You are charged on a recurring schedule (for example, weekly) until you cancel. A notice period set by the Organiser may apply. You will not be charged after your notice period ends. |
6.2 Auto-renew on term classes
Where the Organiser has enabled auto-renew for a term class, and you opt in at checkout, you authorise AllSquads to charge your saved payment method for the next term when it becomes available. You may turn off auto-renew from your dashboard at any time before the next term is billed.
6.3 Disclosure at checkout
Before you confirm any recurring payment, we will disclose: the amount, the frequency, the first charge date, the expected number of payments (where a term is fixed), the cancellation rules that apply, and where relevant the notice period. You authorise us to collect each scheduled payment from your saved payment method.
6.4 Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will automatically retry the payment up to three (3) times over seven (7) days and will notify you. If all retries fail your enrolment may be suspended. You remain liable for the instalments for the remainder of the term (for term instalment plans), or for any charges that accrued up to the date of cancellation (for subscriptions).
6.5 Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel an open-ended subscription at any time from your dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period set by the Organiser, if any. Sessions scheduled during the notice period remain payable.
6.6 Changes to recurring pricing
The Organiser may change the price of an open-ended subscription on not less than thirty (30) days notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Locked-in term instalment plans will not be re-priced during the committed term.
7. Platform credits
7.1 What credits are
AllSquads credits are a platform currency used for refunds, cancellation credits, promotional adjustments and pre-purchased credit top-ups. One (1) credit equals one Australian Dollar (A$1).
7.2 Credits are club-scoped
Credits issued by a particular Organiser can only be used to book Activities or purchase products offered by that same Organiser. Credits are not transferable between Organisers, cannot be combined across clubs, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.3 Expiry
Credits expire twelve (12) months after the date they are issued unless the Organiser specifies a different expiry period in the Class Listing (which cannot be less than three months). Expired credits cannot be reinstated.
7.4 Using credits
Credits are applied automatically or selected by you at checkout, to the value of the booking or up to the remaining credit balance — whichever is lower. Credits cannot be used to offset scheduled Stripe instalment charges on existing term instalment plans.
7.5 Cancellation credits vs refunds
The Organiser sets the cancellation policy for each Activity. Some policies provide a refund to your original payment method; others issue credits of equivalent value. The policy that applies to your booking is the policy shown at the time you made the booking, and it will be shown to you again when you cancel.
8. Session packs
8.1 What a session pack is
A session pack is a pre-purchased bundle of sessions sold by an Organiser at a discounted per-session rate. Session packs are session-based, not dollar-based — one session in the pack entitles you to book one eligible Activity at that Organiser.
8.2 Scope
Unless the Organiser specifies otherwise in the Class Listing, a session pack may be used for any class at the same or lower price point as the class at which the pack was purchased, offered by the same Organiser.
8.3 Expiry
Session packs expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions at expiry are forfeit and are not redeemable for cash or credits.
8.4 Booking requirement
You must book at least one eligible session at the time you purchase a session pack. You may book additional sessions at the time of purchase or later from your dashboard.
8.5 Cancelling a session booked from a pack
If you cancel a session within the Organiser's cancellation policy, the session credit is reinstated into your pack. If you cancel outside the cancellation policy, the session credit is forfeit.
9. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling
9.1 Cancellation policy set by the Organiser
The Organiser sets the cancellation policy for each Activity. That policy governs what happens if you cancel — including whether you receive a refund, credits, or nothing. The cancellation policy will be displayed:
- on the Class Listing before you book
- in the cart and at the checkout page before you confirm payment
- in your booking confirmation email
- on the cancellation screen in your dashboard
9.2 Term classes — pre-term and mid-term cancellation
For term classes, the per-class cancellation policy applies to cancellations made before the term has commenced. Once a term has commenced, you may not self-cancel your enrolment for the remainder of the term. The Organiser may, at its discretion, issue credits for specific missed sessions where its per-class auto-credit toggle is enabled.
9.3 Term instalment — committed for the term
Where you have enrolled on a term instalment plan, you are committed to the full term. You cannot cancel the instalment plan mid-term. Enrolment may be ended early only where the Organiser agrees, or where required by law.
9.4 Subscription cancellation
Open-ended subscriptions can be cancelled from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period set by the Organiser, if any. You remain liable for scheduled charges during the notice period.
9.5 Organiser cancellation or rescheduling
The Organiser may alter the date, time, venue or coach of an Activity. Where the change is material, your booking will remain valid for the rescheduled Activity, or — at your option — you may request a refund or credit of the Class Booking price. AllSquads will facilitate that request with the Organiser; refund liability sits with the Organiser, not with AllSquads.
9.6 AllSquads fees
Where a refund is issued by the Organiser, AllSquads will refund the Class Booking price excluding any non-refundable booking, handling or transaction fees charged by AllSquads or Stripe. Those fees are disclosed at the point of purchase.
9.7 Chargebacks
If you dispute a legitimate charge with your card issuer (a "chargeback") we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We consider fraudulent chargebacks a serious matter and reserve the right to recover the disputed amount and reasonable investigation costs.
10. Promotions, promo codes and member pricing
10.1 Promo codes
Promo codes may be offered by AllSquads or by Organisers. Each promo code may have restrictions on the class types it applies to, minimum spend, expiry date, number of uses, and eligible users. Promo codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
10.2 Member pricing
Some Organisers offer reduced pricing to members of their club. Member pricing is applied automatically at checkout where you are recognised as a member. Membership eligibility is determined by the Organiser.
10.3 Free trials
Organisers may offer a free trial session. A free trial does not bind you to paid enrolment. The Organiser may limit free trials to one per person.
11. Court and facility hire
11.1 Bookings
Court and facility hire bookings entitle you to use the specified court or facility during the booked time slot, subject to the venue's operating hours and rules. Duration minimums, pricing bands and any equipment included will be shown at booking.
11.2 Cancellation
The cancellation policy for court hire is set by the Organiser and displayed at booking. Weather cancellations are handled at the Organiser's discretion.
11.3 Damage and conduct
You are responsible for any damage to the court, facility or equipment caused by you or your guests during the hire period, beyond reasonable wear and tear. You must follow the Organiser's safety rules and leave the facility in a reasonable condition.
12. Pro Shop purchases
12.1 Products sold by the Organiser
Pro Shop products listed on the platform are sold by the Organiser. AllSquads is the payment facilitator and acts as the Organiser's agent in the sale. The Organiser is responsible for stock, fulfilment, shipping, warranties and returns.
12.2 Delivery and pickup
Delivery or pickup terms are set by the Organiser and shown in the product listing. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery or pickup.
12.3 Returns and warranties
Returns and warranty claims are handled by the Organiser in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Organiser's published returns policy. Contact the Organiser directly in the first instance. AllSquads will assist where a dispute cannot be resolved.
13. Reviews and ratings
13.1 Your review
After participating in an Activity you may leave a review and rating. Reviews must be your honest opinion, must be based on your own experience of the Activity, and must comply with our content rules.
13.2 Prohibited content
Reviews must not contain: unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory or threatening content; personal information about other participants; coordinated manipulation or reviews offered in exchange for compensation; or content that breaches a third party's intellectual property rights.
13.3 Moderation and removal
AllSquads may moderate, edit or remove reviews that breach these rules, and may suspend reviewing privileges for repeat breaches. The Organiser may respond to any review once. Disputes about a review can be raised with AllSquads support; AllSquads will investigate and may require evidence to support a removal request.
13.4 Licence to AllSquads
You grant AllSquads a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute your review in connection with the platform and AllSquads' marketing.
14. Communications and notifications
14.1 Transactional communications
By using the platform you consent to receive transactional communications by email, SMS and in-app notification. These include booking confirmations, schedule changes, payment receipts, failed-payment notices, cancellation notices and waitlist updates. Transactional communications cannot be disabled while you have an active booking.
14.2 Marketing communications
With your consent, Organisers and AllSquads may send you marketing communications — including newsletters, class recommendations, promotions and announcements — by email, SMS or push notification. You may opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, "STOP" reply to any SMS, or from your account notification settings. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications.
14.3 In-platform messaging
You can message Organisers and other participants using the in-platform messaging tools, subject to our acceptable use rules.
14.4 Announcements channel
If you book with a club you are automatically added to that club's read-only announcements channel. You can remove yourself from an announcements channel at any time from your messages settings.
14.5 SPAM Act compliance
AllSquads and participating Organisers comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Each commercial electronic message includes unsubscribe details.
15. AI agents
15.1 What our AI agents do
AllSquads offers AI assistants, including the Customer Concierge, that help you discover classes, answer questions, and guide you through the booking process. AI agents may be available in chat windows on the platform, on Organiser websites (via embedded widgets), and through other channels from time to time.
15.2 Confirmation for transactional actions
An AI agent will not complete a purchase, cancel a booking, or take any other transactional action on your behalf without showing you a preview and obtaining your explicit confirmation.
15.3 Data handling
Conversations with AllSquads AI agents are retained for up to ninety (90) days for quality, safety and debugging purposes, after which they are deleted or fully de-identified. Your conversations are not used to train AllSquads' or any third-party foundation AI models.
15.4 Not a substitute for human support
AI agents may be incorrect, incomplete or unavailable. Important decisions — including medical, legal or safety-critical matters — should not rely solely on AI agent output. Contact AllSquads support or the Organiser for human assistance at any time.
15.5 Acceptable use
You must not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, exploit or misuse the AI agents, including by submitting prompts designed to cause the agent to act outside its intended scope, to reveal confidential information, or to defame another user.
16. Your data and privacy
16.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (available at allsquads.com.au/privacy), which forms part of this agreement. Please read it.
16.2 Australian Privacy Act
AllSquads complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have rights to access and correct your personal information, and to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
16.3 Data sharing with Organisers
When you book with an Organiser, we share the personal information necessary for the Organiser to deliver the Activity — including your name, contact details, booking history, emergency contact, allergy or medical notes (where relevant), and payment status. Organisers are independent controllers of this information and are subject to their own privacy obligations.
16.4 Data retention
Booking, payment and communications records are retained for at least seven (7) years to comply with tax, financial and child-safety record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to these retention requirements.
16.5 Data breach notification
AllSquads complies with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. If an eligible data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected users and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.
17. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
- post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable
- infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- scrape, crawl, data-mine or attempt to extract bulk data from the platform without written consent
- interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or circumvent security or rate-limiting measures
- use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- attempt to bypass or circumvent platform fees by arranging payment outside the platform, after a class has been advertised through the platform
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
18. Intellectual property
18.1 Our content
The platform, including its software, text, graphics, logos, user interface and trademarks, is owned by AllSquads or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
18.2 Organiser content
Class listings, images and content provided by Organisers are owned by those Organisers or their licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify that content without authorisation.
18.3 Your content
Content you post to the platform (including reviews, messages and profile information) remains your property. You grant AllSquads a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.
19. Third-party services and links
The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Postmark, Twilio and map providers). AllSquads is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
20. Australian Consumer Law and disclaimers
20.1 Consumer guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for its advertised purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy including re-supply, a refund, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
20.2 Disclaimer for matters we cannot control
Except as required by law, and without limiting the consumer guarantees above, AllSquads does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available, or that it will be compatible with every device or browser. The internet is not always reliable and temporary outages may occur.
20.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you (and the liability of the Organiser as disclosed to us) for any matter arising under or in connection with this agreement is limited, at our option, to re-supply of the relevant service, or payment of the cost of re-supply. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AllSquads and its officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) your breach of this agreement; (b) your (or a minor in your care's) participation in an Activity, except to the extent caused by the Organiser's or AllSquads' negligence or breach of statute; (c) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (d) any content you post to the platform. This clause survives termination.
22. Force majeure
Neither AllSquads nor the Organiser will be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where that failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic or epidemic, public health orders, acts of government, civil unrest, war, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, failure of utilities or third-party telecommunications or hosting services, or cyber-attack.
23. Disputes and governing law
23.1 Informal resolution
If you have a dispute with AllSquads, please contact us first at play@AllSquads.com.au with a description of the dispute and your contact details. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.
23.2 Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and AllSquads agree to resolve the dispute by binding individual arbitration administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of the arbitration will be Brisbane, Queensland. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective or representative action.
23.3 Opt-out
You may opt out of the arbitration clause in Section 23.2 by emailing play@AllSquads.com.au within thirty (30) days of first accepting this agreement. If you opt out, disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland.
23.4 Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Legal proceedings may be commenced in any Australian state or territory.
23.5 Non-derogation
Nothing in this Section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
24. General
24.1 Entire agreement
This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms expressly incorporated, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform, and supersedes any prior agreements.
24.2 Severability
If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder remains in full force and effect.
24.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
24.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement without our consent. We may assign or novate our rights to a successor or affiliate on notice to you.
24.5 Electronic communications
You consent to the delivery of notices and records by electronic means. Such notices are taken to be received when sent, unless the sender receives an error response.
24.6 Relationship of the parties
